INDIAN MARKETS UPDATES

• Indian ADRs ended lower on Tuesday.
• In the banking space, ICICI Bank shed 1.44 percent at USD 53.56.
• HDFC Bank was down 0.16 percent at USD 50.24.
• In the IT space, Infosys declined 2.36 percent at USD 60.29.
• Wipro slipped 0.98 percent at USD 12.15.
• In the other sectors, Tata Motors was down 1.44 percent at USD 47.17.
• Dr Reddy’s Laboratories fell 1.29 percent at USD 48.91.

Market Status

The S&P BSE Sensex plunged over 100 points in trade on Wednesday following Asian markets, which came under pressure on growing expectations the Federal Reserve would raise interest rates earlier than expected.

The fall in the index was led by losses in Infosys, ITC, L&T, RIL, SBI and M&M.
