In the 100thExpress Entry draw, since the beginning of the system in 2015, immigration authorities of Canada have issued 400 Invitations to Apply, for Federal Skilled Trades candidates. This draw was held on Sep 24 where the minimum C.R.S. score was only 284. Additionally, this was the second draw of 2018, which was program-specific to target just a program. In the past draws had targeted Skilled Trades and P.N.P. candidates also.
Furthermore, through this measure, I.R.C.C. gave the opportunity to candidates for receiving I.T.A. with a low C.R.S. score.
Moreover, this was the 20th invitations round in E.E. during the present year. I.R.C.C. presently can set up an exact number for issuing invitations. When the number of candidates, having a low score, exceeds the number of permitted invitations, authorities prioritize the profiles that exist in the pool, for a long time. Moreover, when more than a candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is determined, on the date/time, they submit their profiles. The figure for most candidates invited in one draw is 3,900.
Reasons for the Change in Express Entry
