June 9, 2016, New Delhi: Delhi and Mumbai-based ace photographer, Vipin Gaur has launched an international standard, a highly advanced photography studio in the heart of NOIDA.

This was revealed by the photographer in a recent press meet organized in the city. Friends and peers of the photographer threw light on the nature and standard of work by the photographer.

VG Studio is a state of the art photography studio, located in Sector 18 and easily approachable by Delhi Metro. It features a well-created space that features cutting-edge equipment like Broncolor and Elinchrom lighting equipment, Hasselblad camera and a complete setup of iMac Capture Station.

The studio also features a separate makeup and changing room for models. It provides the models privacy and space to get away from sessions during free time. The lounge or meeting room provides space to accommodate clients and also serves as a meeting room for the whole team.

Vipin Gaur has mastered the art of photography and works from Mumbai and Delhi. He has become a prominent name in the industry. Gaur covers most sub-categories of photography like Fashion, Beauty, Modelling and Advertising.

He debuted in professional photography in 2010, and there has been no looking back ever since. He has worked with major names in the industry like Cosmopolitan, Femina, Asiana weddings, Hindustan Times, Pune Warriors (IPL team), etc. He operates mainly from his studio in NOIDA.

Vipin Gaur revealed that the lens has always fascinated him since his childhood and growing years. He would visualize everything around him via the viewfinder. He is enticed by the perfect frame, in the studio or outside.
He said his tryst with the camera began in college when he experimented with short films and also was lucky to be trained by masters of the trade. He discovered his true calling after a short stint with Bollywood. This stint also instilled in him a need for art directors to get the exact results.

His years spent in experimenting with different lighting arrangements have enabled him to achieve results technically rather than by fluke. “I worked in collaboration with CANON since many years, and I hold workshops every year for budding photographers. Now I have partnered with ELINCHROM- India and have created video tutorials on how to use Elinchrom lights, effectively in photography. My link with Adobe is as old as the presence of Adobe Photoshop in India. Starting as an experiment, the link with Adobe had become an obsession. Today, I face a challenge of shooting pictures in a particular way so as to minimize Photoshop work,” said Vipin Gaur.

He says that shoots get his creative side rolling. Add some glamour, oomph and great music, and this gives him an adrenaline rush. He said he may be an introvert, but he can communicate ceaselessly with his shutterbugs.

In 2010, he entered the field of professional photography with a Canon 5D Mark II DSLR. “Having worked with professional photography models around the world, I have realized that natural moments make the best pictures. Since 2013, I have been using a Hassleblad 4D,” said Gaur.

One of his colleagues said, “The most brilliant element of his photography is his style and spirit which is vibrant and vivid. His method of capturing colours and his sense of contrast is impeccable.”
