Due to economic reforms and continuous technological advancement, need for updating the skill of the existing employees and engaging personnel with specialised skills is increasing. The focus is on productivity of HR in order to sustain in the competitive market. Hence, the role of HR personnel is also changing.

It is in this context, the VAMNICOM has planned a four days Programme on Human Resource Management from 7th to 10th November 2016 at VAMNICOM, Pune. The brochure giving details of the Programme is attached.

We request you kindly to nominate the Senior Managers or H R Managers / Executives / Officers in charge of Human Resources or Officers working in the Establishment/ Personnel Section for participating in this Programme. Elected Board of Directors with HR background may also attend the Programme.

The nominations may be sent, preferably by email, in the enclosed proforma. The Programme fee of Rs 6,000/- per participant may be sent by DD or NEFT on confirmation of nomination.
