CLA Safflower Oil Ingredients and Side-effects

Read about the ingredients of the most wanted weight loss supplements. To understand CLA Safflower Oil, first, we need to understand the ingredients inside this amazing product.

 
It is quite difficult to discover all of the ingredients, they are only available at the official website where the oil can be bought in the section of terms and conditions. But even there are not given the additives.

Maybe it was a missing fact that the capsules are made from gelatin, and the gelatin is an animal by-product, so this product is not suitable for the vegetarians or the vegetarian diet.

Another fact that was discovered is the amount of the oil in the supplement, 1,000 mg per capsule.

The manufacturer of the product wanted to include the bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, which makes it probiotic, besides its vegetable origins.

The amount of the other ingredients is not mentioned in the terms and conditions section but probably is less than the oil.

1. Oat bran
It can only boost the effects of CLA. Similar effects of the flaxseed reduce appetite and decrease cholesterol.

2. Papaya leaf extract

It is helpful for digestion and provides a natural detox effect. Mostly is used for gastrointestinal infections and diseases or even parasite infections. Unfortunately, it was not proven effective in these conditions.

3. Black nut hull

There is no proof for its properties as well, but it is believed that is used for parasitic infections.

4. Prune extract

Prune extract is a proven medication and a solution for constipation. The fruit contains sorbitol, a natural laxative and high amounts of fiber which mean are an important ingredient in any detox mixture. Besides being good for the skin, it is a great laxative as well.

5. Apple pectin

Similar effects like the prune extract, to prevent constipation. It can decrease cholesterol.

6. Flaxseed

It is commonly used for digestion disorders and treating high cholesterol. Contains fiber and a good source of fatty acids. It has been proven that is used to decrease appetite and blood sugar.

7. Lactobacillus acidophilus

It is included in almost all probiotic mixtures. The human body has this bacillus, so can be easily treated and tolerated.
