Our reactor or autoclave has a sturdy design with exceptional workmanship and efficiency, with ability to handle pressure exceeding 100 bars. It is Suited for reactions like hydrogenation, oxidation, alkylation, chlorination, polymerization and many more. The equipment can handle huge processing volumes of fluid and can be designed to customer specifications. It has fully automated operation for greater efficiency.

Agitated/Vacuum Nutsche Filter

They are manufactured in various sizes for liquid and solid separation. The agitated and vacuum nutsche filter has advanced design for both vacuum and high-pressure applications. They offer economic operation where the maximum volume of liquid is achieved through mechanical separation.

Evaporation & Drying Equipments

Rotary Vacuum Dryer

This equipment is especially useful in drying of wet cakes, powders and slurry in industries. Process occurs in vacuum hence rotary vacuum dryer is very good for heat sensitive products. Recovery of organic solvents with minimal losses is also possible. Low temperature drying is also possible due to increased heating surface.

Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer

Useful in processing of easily oxidized materials and volatile materials, strong irritants and poisonous materials. Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer offers several advantages including efficient charging and discharge of materials and the dryer may be equipped with lump breakers, thus can process crystalline and amorphous powders.

Drum Dryer/ Flaker

This Industrial dryer has critical uses in the chemical process industries to convert molten chemical to solid particles. The Drum Dryer equipment has high thermal efficiency and is widely used in manufacture of powder foods.

Vacuum Tray Dryer

Vacuum Tray Dryer is useful in drying of thermo sensitive products and those polymerized or degraded at high temperature. There is no configuration damage of products during the process and therefore widely used in various industries. Digital temperature control also allows greater efficiency in operation.
