We are dealing in all types of reactor vessel manufacturer and mixing vessels, Reactor is a mixing vessel with heating/ cooling and mixing process makes some chemical reaction, in the both cases we give various type of agitators as different mixing/ reactions have different requirements.

Paddle type Agitator : Used for mixing Solid Liquid / light agitation. There are two types of Agitators commonly used, 1. Mechanical Agitators, 2. Electronically Controlled Agitators, I'll demonstrate commonly used Mechanical Agitators. One of the simple types of mixing equipment for plastics in the form of dispersions, pastes, and dough’s. The most common form comprises a set of rotating blades driven by a vertical shaft and intermeshing with a set of fixed blades.

Turbine: Liquid gas reactions, Dispersion and where radial flow is required. A turbine is a steam-powered machine that causes a shaft a rotating rod that transmits power or motion from the turbine to produce electricity through movement.

Pitch Blade Turbine: Commonly used agitator for liquid mixing. As the first evolution of the flat blade turbine, the Pitched Blade Turbine or PBT was designed to angle the blades to promote more axial flow than radial.

Anchor Blade: This gives slow agitation, useful in high viscosity liquids and process like
Crystallization, The shank is the stem of the anchor in which direction is pulled to set (bury) the anchor. The crown connects the various parts of the modern anchor. The stock turns the anchor into an attitude that enables the flukes to dig into the sea bed.

Propeller Type: This is mainly used where the volume displacement is high, like Blending tanks, mixing vessels only for Mixing Thin Liquids.

Screw Agitator: These are used for very high viscous material As per the Customer requirement we provide the Best Suitable Mixing vessels/ Reactors
