So, rather than creating unsafe, poorly made heating sources for your reactors, you can directly buy reactors that can be electrically heated. Another great feature of these reactors is that they also have jackets for cooling the ingredients. So, you don’t have to carry the hot solution from the stainless-steel reactor to another place for cooling. These jackets will do the job.

The main advantage of electrical heating is that you are in complete control of the heat input that has to be given to the vessel. If you need more surface area for heating, we can create more in the reactor. This reactor has been built to be quite safe as the heaters are at the bottom and are always submersed leaving no chance of charring the solution or causing a fire. The temperature can be controlled accurately by heat input variation. The control system is so easy that no steam or hot oil is required for heating. These steel reactors have been engineered to be better thanks to the jacket for cooling. There is no requirement for draining thus reducing the handling of the hot solution, making it much safer. These stainless-steel reactor vessels are also provided with Vent condensers which ensure liquid loss from the reactor is to the bare minimum. These reactors are manufactured in SS 304 and SS 316 as per requirement.
