UEI Global Education’s UCC 2024 (UEI Culinary Competition) wrapped up with a spectacular showcase of talent, innovation, and passion for the culinary arts. Hosted at UEI Global Education campus in Lucknow, this prestigious event was the second edition of the annual competition, designed to highlight and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.

The 3-day event featured a series of exciting challenges, including the Mystery Box Challenge, Dress a Cake Competition, and Innovation Fusion Contest. Aspiring chefs from across UEI Global Education campuses came together to compete for the top honors, demonstrating their creativity, technical skills, and culinary flair. Esteemed judges from the hospitality industry played a crucial role in evaluating participants, including legends and prominent figures such as:

The event culminated in the announcement of the winners:
• Master Chef: Ayush Bidve (Pune, Maharashtra)
• Runner-up: Kartik (Agra, U.P)
• Second Runner-up: Rishu Maurya (Lucknow, U.P)

The winners were awarded prize money of ₹51,000, ₹21,000, and ₹11,000, along with medals and the coveted Master Chef title.
