Set in the majestic Pink City, the event will showcase the vibrant traditions, royal architecture, and hospitality of Jaipur from February 6th to 8th, 2025.

The Le Vitesse 2025 event promises an action-packed agenda with students from all nine campuses competing in national-level sports, hospitality, and cultural events. This is a unique opportunity to witness the synergy of young talent and tradition, with esteemed dignitaries from the hospitality sector gracing the occasion.

• 5th February 2025: Arrival at Jaipur
• 6th February 2025: Inaugural Day
• 6th-7th February 2025: Sports & Hospitality Competitions
• 8th February 2025: Cultural Event, Closing Ceremony, Gala Dinner

• Venue: Sports Complex, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
• Boarding & Lodging: Arrangements at hotels near the competition venue
• Participation: Open to UEI students across all campuses
• Games Participation: Includes 1 T-shirt, 3 Lunches, 1 Gala Dinner, and Jam Session
• Accommodation: 4 Nights in Shared Accommodation with Breakfast & Dinner
• Transportation: Daily pick-up and drop from hotel to competition venue
• Uniforms: T-shirts provided, players must bring their own track pants or shorts
• Consent: Parental consent required for all participants
• Sports Activity: Football, Basketball, Badminton, Cricket, Chess, Athletics, Shot Put, Tug of War, Singing, Dancing
