Tula’s Institute holds pool campus drive

Tula’s Institute is an excellent and renowned higher-education institution. It is ranked the best Engineering College in Dehradun in engineering, MBA, and M.Tech. It is also the top Diploma College in Dehradun and has the best polytechnic program in Dehradun too. In this spirit, our Training and Placement Office organized a pool campus placement driven our institute’s premises on 1st May 2018. Over 300 students from 17 colleges from all branches of the courses MBA, MCA, B.Tech, and M.Tech participated in the placement drive. We welcomed students from other colleges because we strongly believe in connectedness among peers, no matter what their institution of choice of study. This inter-disciplinary and intra-institutional approach of Tula’s Institute makes us the best college in Dehradun.

During the placement drive, a prominent company to hold rigorous written tests and interviews was Bangalore-based Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. They tested the candidates for the post of Business Development Associate.

Before commencing the recruitment process, the company representative Devashish Pundlik gave a brief introduction of the company, its vision, managing structure and operational divisions. After explaining the overall structure of the recruitment process, the written tests started. These were followed by personal interviews with the shortlisted candidates. The panelists for the interview were Aman and Devashish Pundlik from Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. At the end of the day, eleven students were selected at a starting package of Rs. 9 lakh per annum.

The management of Tula’s Institute, including Executive Director Tula’s Institute Silky Jain, Director Dr. S Suresh Kumar, Registrar Pavan Chaubey and Training & Placement Officer Vaibhav Kumar interacted with Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.’s representatives about industry expectations and about developing strong linkages so that industry developments are reflected in and continuously absorbed by the curriculum of Engineering, MBA, M.Tech and other diploma and polytechnic programs. Such efforts for continued innovative collaborations and methods are what set Tula’s Institute apart and make us the top college in Dehradun in diverse subject areas at the masters’ degree level.
