Having achieved success in the real estate and trucking industries over his 17-year career as a co-owner of not one but two Riverside County businesses, Van Sickle possesses a keen understanding of the ins and outs of running successful businesses. His expertise in the real estate arena is well established. He was a top realtor in the highly competitive Palm Springs market for more than 15 years.

He is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). During his time at the prestigious state college, he maintained a 4.2 grade-point-average and was an Honor Society member. He graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics in 1993. After graduating, he relocated to Palm Springs, California. There, he enrolled in a real estate course and earned his license in 1994. His career in realty began shortly thereafter in Palm Springs -one of the nations most desired residential and commercial real estate hotspots.

His career in the trucking industry began during his second year of college while working as a part-time truck driver. During the same period that he began his career in real estate, he started consulting a Riverside County trucking company.

Over the next 17 years, his career success culminated in his becoming a partner and partial owner of his real estate firm, and a co-owner of the trucking company consulted. Since launching the Van Sickle Group, he has worked with countless clients, providing a wide-array of services, including; property management, organization, creation of employee handbooks, research, and others.
