Transafe Dharma Persada successfully held Talent Development Program 9 2019. The Event Was Opened By Mr. TD Budidharma, President Director Of Company Group. This Event Held At Wisma Banten From July 29th -Aug 2nd, 2019. This Is The Biggest Talent Development Program Held By Transafe With A Whole Week Of Event, Half Employees From All Business Units And Investment Of Around IDR 150 Million.

TD Budidharma, President Director of Transafe Indonesia handed the award on the program closing Friday, Aug 2nd, 2019.

For Transafe Dharma Persada, this is the ninth batch of People Development Program Transafe held.. The theme for this event is: “The Golden Bridge”. This program is in cooperation with TransWISH Indonesia.

All participants came from all business units as follows:
Ms. Annisa Aprilia from LSP Transafe Jakarta. Mrs. Isya Agustini from Finance. Mr. Fajar Maulana and Mr. Sanusi from GA Department. Representing Marketing Admin, Ms. Annisa Akila. Mr. Dennis, Ms. Fitriana Purba, and Ms. Dila represent marketing department Transafe Jakarta.

Ms. Hanan TransWISH and Mr. Fajrian Ghifari are delegations from Transwish Indonesia. Training and operation Jakarta will be represented by Mr. Abimantrana and Ms. Monica.

Batam Office will Send Delegates of 3 persons They are Ms. Auli Yuka Destri (Finance Admin), Mr. Andika (Training and Operation) and Ms. Uci Transafe (Marketing Department).

Head office Jakarta sends 10 (Ten) candidates in total. Batam Branch will send 3 crews. Transwish Indonesia will send 2 personnel. LSP Transafe only sends 1 (one) candidate.

Named in this season as “Best Trainer” title is Ms. Nia Nurhayati.
Mr. TD Budidharma stated that this season is different. There are more twist on every game and tasks. They also develop previous graduates by asking them to learn to be a trainer
Mrs. Sri Astuti, Transafe’s Country Marketing Manager stated that this is a continuing program. The program made this far to season 9 shows that this program is giving results. She also Thanked all committee involved in this program to make this year’s program standout; Even though challenges they faced every day.
