When I first joined the Eldeco Group in 2001, I did not know I would be fastened on to the group for this long. The organisation gave me so many reasons to rise, prosper and shine; from providing a congenial and favorable environment to offering challenges and thrills that made my job action-packed and spirited.

I joined here as a Sales Executive, and from there, my journey began under my Manager, who was an affable, knowledgeable and highly accomplished person. He not only made me comfortable in the new environment but also ensured that I got enough opportunity and latitude that inspired me to grow. I have not only grown as a professional but also as an individual in these 20 years.

Enroute my journey, I encountered many charismatic, enthusiastic and talented people, who spurred me on, and served as my sources of inspiration. I believe it is always prudent to keep a check on yourself occasionally and ascertain whether you are happy and satisfied with the work and your growth. I have worked on more than 100 projects across cities that helped me gain a variety of experiences, and I never felt the need to pursue a job with another company.

Since its inception in 1985, Eldeco has delivered 175 projects spanning large-format integrated townships, high-rise condominiums, industrial estates, malls and office buildings. The aggregate delivered area stands at more than 30 million sq. ft. with over 30,000 satisfied customers. Apart from Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Greater Noida, Noida and Gurgaon, where Eldeco’s name stands for high quality and customer trust, the Group is developing projects in Panipat, Sonepat, Ludhiana, Jhansi, Bareilly, Panchkula, Neemrana and Jalandhar. And I am proud to have been associated with, and contribute my bit to, the development and expansion of the organisation.

Among countless projects, the unique 1200-acre state-of-the-art Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park at Sitarganj, Uttarakhand, is my flagship project in the industrial sector. Today, it has become a major investment and employment hub with large-scale industrial activity in sectors like auto parts, food processing and capital goods. I am glad that Eldeco has become one of the top developers in the northern belt by identifying emerging real estate markets, recognizing aspirations in lifestyle evolution, perfecting the modulations of luxury and responding with projects that capture the unique spirit of changing India.

I believe the journey of a company transcribes the journey of its employees. In my long association with the firm, I have been through thick and thin at times, but the newness, learning and challenges that come with every project keep me motivated enough to get me out of the bed every day, and to me, this is the reason to continue my journey with Eldeco.

There have been a lot of transformations in the Real Estate Industry from the time I have joined. I remember, joining as a Sales Executive, I had to make around 200 calls every day but now the time has changed. With the emergence of Social Media, things have become quite easier now. We can easily connect with our target groups, showcase the features of our projects, and run campaigns. But it is not as easy as it looks; it too demands equal dedication and hard work.

I think the sheer sense of camaraderie, trust and freedom which I get here are my mantras of motivation at Eldeco.
