Crispy Baked Chicken



Ingredients of Toshiba air fried chicken: 1 whole chicken, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 apple, 1 teaspoon of honey, white sesame, and cumin powder.



Cooking steps of Toshiba air fryer chicken:



Step 1: Rinse the whole chicken with clean water, dry it with kitchen paper, put it into a clean container, and poke the hole evenly with a fork.




Step 2: boil water and pour it on the chicken with holes.




Step 3: Prepare a container, pour cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and marinade and mix evenly. Spread the mixed sauce on the chicken, peel off the prepared apple and put it into the chicken stomach, and marinate it overnight.




Step 4: Wrap a layer of tinfoil on the part where the chicken is easy to burn.




Step 5: Wrap the chicken and put it into the Toshiba air fryer.




Step 6: Bake at 200 ℃ for about half an hour, remove the tin foil and continue to bake for a quarter of an hour.




Step 7: Brush a layer of honey and sesame after the chicken skin is crisp, and bake for five minutes.




Tips for Toshiba air fryer chicken:



1. The chicken should be tender and small, otherwise, the air fryer is not easy to fry.



2. The chicken wing tip and chicken leg parts are very easy to burn, so wrap an extra layer of tinfoil, so that the roasted chicken will have a uniform color.



3. The chicken is baked inside with tin foil first, and then the tin foil is removed to bake the skin. Finally, the honey is brushed to make the skin appear crispy.



4. Don't throw away the excess sauce. After removing the tinfoil, you can brush another layer on the chicken to make it tasty, and the color will be better.
