TINY SOCIAL inspires students around the world to launch their own micro social enterprises and donate the profit to charity. They help teachers to create simple, engaging projects to introduce their students to the world of social enterprises.

TINY SOCIAL is an international initiative that inspires students to create their own micro social enterprises and
donate the profit to charity. Unlike a charity, they'll never ask for any money for themselves. They just want to see kids get excited about doing something to make the world a little better place that also provides real world relevance to what they're studying at school. And as Mother Teresa once said, "Not all of us can do great things, but we can do small things with great love."

They're now engaged in an email campaign to connect with over 10,000 school districts in nine countries, in
partnership with 180 Degrees Consulting, the world's largest university-based marketing group. 180DC is currently developing free downloadable resources to help teachers to create simple projects for their students.
Potential projects include activities like cutting grass, washing cars, making jewelry, operating a thrift shop, running a bake sale, shoveling snow and many more. One of the things that makes Tiny Social really different is that they don't tell anyone what kind of projects they should do or who they should help.

The countries they're reaching out to through their governments and school districts include Canada, the United States, Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Australia and New Zealand. People trust them because they don't ask for money, but that also means that they don't have an advertising budget to spend on getting the word out. If you think there's value in what they're doing, and would like to help them to change the world, it would be invaluable if you could talk to any teachers you know to make them aware that they exist.

They may not have the resources to reach everyone they want to reach, but with your help they'll be able to make a real impact and achieve something good.
