Yahoo Mail is down for thousands of users who reported 37% login problems as well 43% issues sending and 19% reading messages.
Independent website Down Detector has received reports from thousands of Yahoo Mail users reporting issues with the e-mail service.
According to their outage map, the Yahoo Mail down reports is mainly coming from the US.
Down Detector is a self-determining website that tracks social remarks on certain topics to detect outages.
The outage trackers said out of those affected 37 percent were having login problems.
While 43 percent were having problems reading e-mails and 19 percent were having issues sending messages.
Amongst the service problems, Yahoo Mail users took to Twitter to report the problems and ask for technical support.
