3DQue Announces Automation for Larger Prints and More Printers

Quinly automation is now available for the larger CR10 and popular CR6SE.

Vancouver, BC (Sept 28, 2021) — 3DQue announced today Quinly automation is compatible with more printers, including larger surface CR10 and the popular CR 6SE.

QuinlyTM for CR10 Automates Printing of Larger Parts or Larger Batches
With CR-10’s large scale plate, not only can operators print more per batch, but the sheer size and scale of projects increases dramatically too. Quinly decreases operator time over 95% removing manual tasks such as part removal, bed clearing, and printer reset.

Key Features of Quinly for CR-10:
• Quinly for CR-10 includes a large VAAPR build plate that prints larger pieces without warping, making it a reliable and economical large-scale workhorse.
• With a fully automated printing process, CR- 10 outfitted with Quinly can print hundreds of copies of one part or print a custom queue of different parts in series. All at the press of a button.
“Quinly for CR-10 lets you automate the biggest prints yet enabling 24/7 lights-out production of large parts, props, costume pieces, and more, saving lots of time for both print farms and hobbyists.” says Mateo Pekic, Chief of Innovations.

Local Procution on a Global Scale
Pairing autonomous 3D printing with the CR-6 SE’s built-in auto levelling system leads to an increase in production efficiency like never before. CR-6 SE is ideal for automation because it also comes with a filament run-out sensor, which will pause prints when filament runs out, reducing the number of half- finished prints.

Key Features of Quinly for CR-6 SE:
• Quinly software can activate CR6SE’s bed leveling and filament sensor, allowing it to run days on end without any user input. Operators are notified if filament runs out or if bed-levelling maintenance is required.
• The high performance VAAPR print bed included with the CR-6 SE provides reliable adhesion on its own, eliminating the need for glue or other adhesives. When cooled after printing, the VAAPR print bed completely releases parts, clearing the bed for the next print to begin automatically.

Quinly for CR-6 SE and CR-10 will be available for pre-sale starting at 5PM PST on September 29, 2021. For more information, watch Wednesday’s livestream or visit the 3DQue website.
