The Urban Developer, together with Mark Mendel, calls out to property developers to join them in a Developer’s Lunch on March 27 at Black by ezard. The lunch will discuss matters regarding the risks and sales and marketing within the industry.

 
[Queensland, March 30, 2015] –The Urban Developer, an Australian-based online community for the building industry, invites property and city developers to a Developer’s Lunch this March 27. The said lunch is to happen at the opulent restaurant, Black by ezard, and hosted by iBuyNewCEO, Mark Mendel.

The said lunch is to tackle minimising risks in the development industry. Mendel will talk about enhanced utility of sales and marketing teams in the early process of the property development, as well. The main objective of the lunch is to help property and city developers execute products that the market can associate better.

Meet Mark Mendel

Apart from being the chief executive officer of iBuyNew, Mark Mendel is the online property website’s founding director. Mendel launched the off the plan property business last September 2013, marketing more than 500 fresh residential properties. Since then, the website has been quickly gaining a leading status in Australia’s property industry.

Mendel is a veteran in real estate. After finishing Bachelor of Building Construction Management in UNSW and Masters of Commerce – Finance in Macquarie University, he already dabbled in the business of building and property management. He has more than a decade of expertise in the area, starting out as a Project Co-ordinator in ISIS Projects, then a project manager in Payce Limited, until he became the Director of Mars he Group. He is also the founder of another property website, Find Investment Property.
