Mr. Verdacchi (62), with a BA and MA in Business Administration, is a seasoned executive who will bring to The Tithe more than 30 years of experience in the management and restructuring of European small to medium sized companies in various sectors, companies mainly owned by large multinationals.
Vedacchi will be personally involved in the direct management control, the restructuring plan and the new direction and growth of The Tithe's subsidiaries, in particular The Reputation Exchange PLC, Bss-One sro and Beyond Engineering srl. Mr. Verdacchi will also be responsible for working closely with the entire Board of Directors and advisors to divest the unprofitable subsidiaries and acquire new majority and minority stakes in some of the promising companies already under consideration.
Mr. Danieletto (59) holds a BA and MA in Engineering and Mathematics and is a lecturer in Business Administration at Hult University and Politecnico di Milano.
He is a London City executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking and has founded and managed several listed companies on various European stock exchanges.
Danieletto has particular experience in the technology sector and growth investing in general, especially in small and medium sized companies, having held top analyst positions at institutional asset managers as well as founding or been an early investor in several successful European software companies, serving as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for a successful hedge fund and subsequently working as CEO for a UK investment management company.
Mr. Danieletto was also the founder of Aleph Finance Group Plc, listed on Euronext Paris, an independent financial services company now active in both wealth management and servicing high net worth individuals, families and corporations.
Mr. Danieletto will be responsible for liaising and managing all professional contacts in London, working with the CEO to prepare the annual report, half-yearly report and all communications with the authorities, handling the company’s fundraising, maintaining contact with shareholders and potential new investors and supporting the CEO and the Board of Directors in all strategic decisions relating to acquisitions.
To support and implement its new strategy and operations, The Tithe is launching a placing of up to £1 million to be offered to accredited investors using two different financial instruments:
a £500,000 placing of new ordinary shares in The Tithe and
a £500,000 two-year convertible loan facility,
