Eating fruits and vegetable is an effective way to keep not only your body healthy but also your teeth. Vegetables and fruits contribute to good dental health, so include them in your daily diet. They contains vitamins, enzymes, minerals and antioxidants which protect teeth and gums.

Citrus fruits:
