Saint Therese inspires new homeless outreach charity

Jane has been feeding the homeless for thirty
years. This past year Jane and friends and family
chipped in for more supplies to feed the growing
number of homeless living on the streets in Berkeley
California. Jane's mother taught Jane about Saint Therese
and Jane became interested in her "Little Way".
"The Little Way" is from Saint Therese, The Little Flower
who teaches us that we can do small things
to make a positive difference. Jane
named the group "The Little Way Homeless Outreach."

Jane goes out every Sunday with potato chips and peanut butter
crackers and personally hands them out to homeless people on the
streets of Berkeley CA. She gives out socks to those who
need them. The Little Way Homeless Outreach has also expanded
to Redding CA where Jane's friend Maria hands out home made
burritos and sandwiches and water.
