In a year which had more need than ever, Mark Spain Real Estate and the Mark Spain Foundation, partnered with more causes than ever before.

The partnerships with the Mark Spain Foundation resulted in nearly a half million dollars raised and donated for causes in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte and Raleigh.

These efforts and gifts included supporting the Cumulus Cares Tornado Relief Radiothon after a Nashville tornado; providing free childcare for first responders during the pandemic; granting a Fish Christmas Wish and two Fish Acts of Love as aired on 104.7 The Fish Christian radio station; and sponsoring a fundraiser for the Nashville Rescue Mission that raised the equivalent of 58,600 meals. In addition, Mark Spain Real Estate supported a Charlotte blood drive in conjunction with Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This successful blood drive potentially saved hundreds of lives.

“We were grateful for the opportunity to give back to the communities we serve. It was a chance to make a difference in these communities,” explained Chairman and CEO Mark Spain. “Our goal is to have a positive impact in all the cities we serve, and to do so while practicing one of our core values—to lead with a servant’s heart. We look forward to serving more families and continuing to give back to these deserving causes in 2021.”
