The Top 25 Residential Real Estate Teams list, compiled by the Triangle Business Journal, is based on the average sales closed per agent in 2020.

Mark Spain Real Estate averaged nearly $6.8 million in closed sales per agent and had 34 agents on the Raleigh team at the end of 2020. Its closed sales volume in Raleigh increased by 88% over the previous year.
