The 2019 America’s Best Agents ranking is based on 2018 gross real estate sales or total closed transactions and is divided first by state, then by teams or individual agents. Mark Spain Real Estate took top team honors for Georgia in both categories. Consistently outperforming each of its previous year’s sales totals, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved 2,748 transactions in 2018, with total gross sales of more than $702 million. They were the only team in Georgia to have closed transactions into the four-digit range. The team’s totals were a 129 percent growth rate over their 2017 numbers.
