Possessing multiple attributes and qualities as an aspiring education administrator, Tawfik Adams shows a keen desire in the success of the school and equip the students with the best. He has always been passionate about education, thus making a sustained difference.

While serving as Assistant Principal at Bladensburg High School, Tawfik helped in providing the leadership for the overall instructional programs that included selection and hiring of support and instructional staff.

Besides, he worked as the assistant principal at Bladensburg High School where he helped in providing the leadership for the overall instructional programs. He also assisted in the development and communication of administrative policies dealing with the academic, discipline, and attendance.

Currently serving as a motivated social science teacher, Tawfik helps students to grasp concepts related to the ideals and cultural heritage of the nation. He is highly adept at engaging students with a well-structured curriculum. Besides, he is highly specialized in conveying the basic rights privileges and responsibilities of citizenship.

Tawfik Adams formerly served as an instructional specialist at High School Consortium where he collaborated with the school principals to regularly analyze the school wide plan, plan interventions and make the curricular adjustments. Besides, he instructed, guided, and supported the students through his good communication and problem solving skills.

Regarding his professional career, Tawfik Adams started teaching in New York Department of Education in the Fall of 1999 until Spring of 2003. In 2003, Tawfik started his teaching career with Prince George’s County Public School until 2017.

Pertaining to the certifications Tawfik has received, he holds Maryland Advanced Professional Certificate in Endorsements: Admin I and II, and History. Regarding his education credentials, Tawfik Adams completed his Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Bowie State University. He received the dissertation of the Year Award for “Determining the Relationship of Principal’s Leadership Styles (Transformational, Transactional, Laissez-Faire) on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Various Career Stages”. Besides, he holds a professional certificate in Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University.
