Besides, Tawfik Adams represented the school personnel for the purpose of monitoring the performance, providing for professional growth and achieving the overall objectives. He worked for implementing the policies, procedures and processes for the purpose of providing direction and complying with mandated requirements.

With an expertise in his administrative career at Bladensburg High School, Tawfik Adams served as an Assistant Principal from 2003-2007. Here, he assisted in providing the leadership for the overall instructional program that included selection and hiring of support and instructional staff.

Besides, he provided hands-on coaching to a selected group of teachers and helped them master the essentials of effective instruction.
