He always demonstrates an ability to establish and maintain the cooperative relationships with students as well as staff. As a social studies teacher, Tawfik Adams leads the students and plays a significant role in generating participation rate. He works towards selecting more engaging and appropriate reading material for the students. Pertaining to his skills, Tawfik is highly proficient in social science area of teaching. Besides, he holds a remarkable ability to follow the behavioral management plans, policies as well as procedures. Apart from the strong organizational and team management skills, he possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tawfik Adams possesses and outstanding ability to work cooperatively with all the members of the staff. He makes his best efforts in developing and preparing effective lesson plans and instructional materials for students. Besides, he conducts classes to deliver communicating knowledge in an interesting and effective manner. He makes use of a variety of instructional strategies to encourage student analytical thinking and discussion.

Being a teacher, Tawfik emphasizes analyzing a wide range of current social, ethical, political, legal, educational and environmental issues. He believes that current events actively develop the ability of the students to monitor and interpret the pressing issues occurring worldwide.

Gaining his expertise in the administrative career at Bladensburg High School, Tawfik Adams served as an Assistant Principal from 2003-2007. Here, he assisted in providing the leadership for the overall instructional program that included selection and hiring of support and instructional staff.
