From Seed and its Pre-series A round till 2021 has already raised a total of $1.1Mn.

Post its closing to Series A round, Healwell24 is all set to acquire Plus Healthcare, an E-com website. JK Singha, a co-founder of HealWell24, said “HealWell24 will absorb the Plus Healthcare team and integrate its B2B Med-Ecom as part of its transaction.”

Plus Healthcare, is a 10-year-old proprietary focused on serving as a B2B Medical Equipment supplier and home healthcare service provider. Along with the idea of integrating with the Plus Healthcare team, Healwell24 is also looking forwards to expanding its team size to streamline the increased workflow of post collaboration growth plans by hiring across divisions.

Founded by Mr. JK Singha, Mrs. RK Singha, and Mr. Chitranjan Mishra, Healwell24 has emerged as a significant player in the list of Indian Telemedicine service providers with more than 200+ online doctor consultations and 5k+ lab tests appointments pan India. To further boost up the current healthcare system, and bridge the communication gap between healthcare seekers, doctors, and service providers, last year 10th July 2021, Healwell24 introduced its new venture ie., DocsCampus.

DocsCampus is the brainchild of J K Singha, MD, and CEO. The revolutionary initiative was launched in Mumbai in presence of a few renowned Doctors and the very talented and beautiful Actress, socialite & philanthropist Gul Panag.
