2012-2013The Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative architectural protege , China Outstanding Young Architects Zhao Yang , carrying with mentors Sejima with creative masterpiece "Home for All", visit the Rolex world , to share with them the creation of ideas and experiences . "(Home for All)" is designed for displaced tsunami in Japan in 2011 to design the ghetto . Two architects mutual inspiration, batted design concept of the building beyond the common love for their age , experience and cultural differences.

Under the guidance of mentors Sejima , Zhao Yang design called "Home for Al" rally venue to commemorate the victims of the Tokyo earthquake and tsunami. Turning serious damage to the Japanese village in the design of this project rally venue , Chao said, " We need to take the perspective of the basic needs of daily life to consider building ." This project uphold inclusive , fraternity liberal philosophy, in several cities in Japan disaster ( Rikuzentakata , Kesennuma , Higashimatsushima , miyato Island City ) , people lost their homes since the construction of all common home . The new building is not only novel design, unique appearance, and internal equipment readily available. This project fully reflects the Rolex effort to support art projects and artists , representing the Rolex brand philosophy has always respected human care.
The Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative launched by Rolex is a brand dedicated team responsible for Rolex headquarters in Geneva by the international charity project . This project aims to explore the world of talented young artists , and artists to let them carry a one-year cooperation , and in the meantime to accept one of the guidance .
