Acquisition terms haven’t been disclosed. f1Studioz has had its mark established in the Enterprise UI/UX market since its inception. The company was founded by CEO Santosh Shukla & Chief Designer Dhayan Kumar in October 2012.

IT Junkies is a mobile application development firm, founded in 2016. F1 is very happy to say that acquiring this firm has opened gates to more development opportunities for them. How the journey started:

CEO, Co-founder of f1Studioz Mr. Santosh Shukla says that “I was approached by Ankit over Linkedin to connect. He insisted on meeting in person to discuss synergies to partner and after a couple of persistent tries, we met.

I was majorly impressed by the entrepreneur hustle, the great positive attitude of Ankit and some of their work validated the fact that they were a great Engineering team. A couple of projects with them later, we understood the complementary skills ITJ brought to f1Studioz and decided to convert the partnership to a more meaningful and deeper relationship.”

Shalu Saraswat, Chief Technology Officer is Left-brained. She loves dhoni, is a hardcore geek, and is also an avid reader. She’ll be an amazing Engineering Manager at f1.
