He served as a renowned QA Engineer in various organizations including Lotus Consulting Group, Personic Software, Informix Corporation, Northern Corporation, and National Semiconductor. He served as a QA Engineer until November 1996.

Thereafter, Sunil Vethody served as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa International in California. Later on, he switched to Adecco Group. In 1997, Sunil started working as a project lead in Clarify Corporation in San Jose. Then, he started serving as a Vice President in Operations at Scientific Information Technology.

Currently working as a Vice President in Operations at Institute of Medical Education Inc at San Jose, Sunil Vethody possesses a start up experience in Business Development. He made his best efforts to develop the business plans and models. Besides, he has developed three different organizations from scratch. He supervised the day-to-day operations of the organizations from inception.
