Author Stephanie Goldman’s ground breaking book, “Did I Really Do My Hair For This? The Dating Disasters of a Not So Desperate Girl” continues to make waves in the publishing community and is still one of the most talked about books after almost a year on Amazon’s Women’s chart of best sellers. Published by Sakura Publishing, the book has sold over 10,000 copies since being released on October 26, 2011.

The book details Goldman’s often disastrous relationships and entertains readers with humorous tales of the frustrations Goldman has felt over the years as she searched for Mr. Right. Goldman’s work is often compared to Tucker Max’ “I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell” a book that detailed Max’ playboy life of excessive drunkenness and promiscuity. Goldman focuses on her own crazy adventures but veers more towards dating relationships gone awry. Her stories are wildly entertaining, brutally honest and sexually explicit. Most readers find each story even more hilarious that the previous one.

In the year that “Did I Really Do My Hair For This? The Dating Disasters of a Not So Desperate Girl” has been available it has already gotten the attention of women everywhere, including celebrities like Sophia Bush of “One Tree Hill” who regularly tweets about the book and how it relates to her life and experiences. Rumor has it that Hollywood producers are also coming to call on Goldman at her Nashville home so fans of the book can expect to see Goldman’s exploits on the big screen in the not too distant future.

Stephanie Goldman is a native of Orange County California who moved to Tennessee for college and developed a love for Tennessee Walking Horses. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion and decided to make Tennessee her home combining her love of both fashion and horses by founding an equestrian apparel business, CJ Jeans Company. A natural story teller, Stephanie would spend hours telling her girlfriends about her dating disaster stories and that led her to start the blog that inspired this book. Her “Did I Really Do My Hair For This?” blog was an instant success so it’s no wonder the book follow suit. Stephanie currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee where she works and continues to look for “Mr. Right.”

“Did I Really Do My Hair For This? The Dating Disasters of a Not So Desperate Girl” can be purchased at the Sakura Publishing website . It is 148 pages long and is also available on Amazon and the Barnes & Noble website. For the Kindle fans, this book is also available for download as an eBook
