I’m Matthew Kayne, a 41-year-old music enthusiast living with cerebral palsy and navigating life in a wheelchair. Despite these challenges, I’ve always believed that everyone, regardless of physical limitations, deserves a fulfilling and joyful life.

I’ve also overcome a battle with bladder cancer, which has inspired me to create a song dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for others facing similar challenges. My mission is to reach one million people with a message of hope, resilience, and understanding.
