The company was founded in 2019 with the sole mission to support individuals struggling with mental illness. The company owner, Alex Crashaw, has combined his passion for mental health, sports, and exercise in this venture to empower people on their journey to complete fitness – mental, physical, emotional, and social.
As a mental health fitness trainer, he plans to offer free online exercise therapy to people with anxiety, depression, and other mental illness. His goal is to build a gym that caters to individuals' physical and mental health concerns.
"There's a need for social inclusion and support of those suffering in silence. We sell mental health awareness clothing to educate others, inspire more people to join us, and generate funds to fuel our goal of offering free exercise therapy. I've relevant qualifications and plans to earn a Doctorate to further improve the services for the community." Says company owner Alex Crawshaw.
