Due to ongoing changes in healthcare and insurance plans, some insurance companies can no longer be billed directly by the practice. As a result, we are implementing new guidelines to streamline the billing process for our patients.

The dedicated team at Sturz & Abby Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics recognizes the complexities of insurance billing and strives to ensure a transparent and easy process for families. For insurance plans that reimburse the subscriber directly rather than the provider, we are unable to bill on your behalf. Instead, we will gladly provide a “super bill” for patients to submit to their insurance companies. Payments for these plans will be required at the time of service, and families are encouraged to submit claims to their insurance providers on their own.

As such, payment is due in full at the time of treatment for all services rendered.
