Secure Shredding utilising on-site bins or mobile destruction vehicles.
We will bring a secure destruction bin to your office and leave it for you to fill at
your leisure.
No Minimum Fees or Bin Rental Charges, you only pay when the full bin is
removed.
Once you have filled the bin, we arrange for secure collection and destruction of the contents.
Your documents are then removed and securely shredded into certified small,
unrecognisable pieces and you are issued with a destruction certificate.
The shredded waste is then taken to a recycling depot and made into a variety of paper and cardboard products.

‒ Content of file
• If the file is critically urgent, we deliver it to you that day
• If there is no immediate urgency, the file/box is delivered to you the following day

Your archive boxes are safe and secure at Store A Box. Our security measures include:
• Back-to-base security alarms
• Immediate response back-to-base fire alarms
• State of the art security doors and window bars
• Electronic sensors
• External security gate
• External closed circuit security cameras
• Internal closed circuit security cameras
• Perimeter surveillance
• NO hazardous chemicals, fuels or substances are ever kept on site
• All access is restricted and no public/client/unauthorised personnel is allowed into the Store A Box facility without a personal escort
• There is NO self storage, therefore your property is secure at all times.

Confidentiality
Store A Box will become an extension of your business and protection of your documents and client information is of critical importance to both organisations.
