Dr. Robert Blaine of Blaine Labs Inc. Under Fire

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 19, 2019) – A company will settle a dispute, in a court of law, against Dr. Robert Blaine of Blaine Labs Inc., as they are alleging cause of action for (1) breach of contract (Share Exchange Agreement), (2) breach of contract (Executive Employment Agreement), (3) misappropriation of trade secrets, (4) breach of contract (Commercial Lease Agreement), and (5) Breach of the implied covenant of quiet employment.
