Tampa Bay in Times of Maximum Precautions Because of Coronavirus

When we take care of ourselves, we are helping to take care of our whole community: wash your hands, and wear a mask and gloves when away from home.

Since PHASE 2 reopening began with people getting back to work, we are seeing a rise in cases of the virus in Florida and the Tampa Bay region. More people are now testing to see if they have the virus. But at times, they are still not implementing the minimum precautions necessary for communal safety, such as social distancing and the use of masks and gloves.

So, some counties now mandated the wearing of face masks in all public places. These mandates have the force of law. All necessary measures must be taken, social distancing, washing hands completely for 20 seconds and wearing gloves, must be done in a rigorous way on the part of all. The health of our community is a mutual responsibility. These individual actions will help to slow the spread of the virus.

“Get care when you are ill. When they are ill, even with communicable diseases, people often do not isolate themselves or seek proper treatment. This, as you can easily see, tends to put you at risk. Insist when someone is ill that he or she takes the proper precautions and gets proper care.” L. Ron Hubbard www.thewaytohappiness.org @waytohappiness
