Countries are historically alienated for years, decades, even millennia by hatred and intolerance of other races, by different skin colors, traits or other religious  beliefs; they are alienated from other lands. It is no excuse to kill another human being. Racism is no more than the openly declared fear of a cowardly man with no capacity for observation or understanding and with an impulse only to eliminate what produced in him fear, as a Neanderthal man.  So he takes out a gun in a public place and shoots without thinking and leaves the dead bodies on the floor.
