We are starting to speculate about moving into a new or next phase of distancing in the handling of this Corona Virus. This is bringing some sense of relief that we will again get to hug our friends and sit at our neighbors' kitchen tables for coffee, tea, or coco. And some of us really need to see the inside of a gym, or dance studio, or even just go swing dancing. To regain a sense of space and sanity, a walk on the beach would be lovely, and a swim would be even better. But the real point is, we are facing another set of changes.

Our governments are facing a lot of strain as they try to keep us safe and well, while trying not to totally crash the economy. The safe guarding of the lives of individuals, and the safe guarding of their financial well being seem to be in conflict. The circumstances also vary from one state or city to another. California appears to be in a more difficult condition than Chicago, according to what I overheard on the news. But the point is we are locked together as individuals, couples and families, our businesses, governments and schools, and as the human race. We are bound together in varying degrees of closeness and dependency.

Right now we are relying on the people we have elected to guide us through these next changes. It seems there is still so much mystery about the actual manifestation of this virus. When we consider the human race, there are a variety of governments and economic systems in place, all facing the same issues. We
are trusting the people at the heads of our nations, or we are trying to find ways to rely on them even if we don't trust them, so we can get through these coming transitions as smoothly as possible.
