Coronavirus Public Health Measures for America through April

Personal hygiene and social distancing are effective, when followed well.

Given all the measures world wide, the United States government, through its  web page coronavirus.gov issued preventive measures with respect to avoiding the further spread of the virus, these measures will be taken until April of this year.

There are 9 steps that the population should follow. Here are a few important ones: no meetings of more than 10 people, older people should be at home and limit their physical interaction with other people. People with chronic diseases or conditions, particularly those that impair the lungs, heart or immune system, should be at home and limit themselves from coming into physical contact with other people.  People who have the possibility to work from home should do so and will be more protected. They should avoid eating or drinking in bars, restaurants or fast food places. Avoid leisure trips and go shopping as seldom as possible. And overall, the most important thing is to keep your personal hygiene immaculate, most effectively, wash your hands often.

“Don’t discount the effect you can achieve on others simply by mentioning these things and setting a good example in your own right. The way to happiness requires that one set a good example for others.” L. Ron Hubbard. www.thewaytohappiness.org @waytohappines
