Well, now I think I will always remember to wash my hands often, especially after using the bathroom and coming in from playing outside. That has been part of the routine since before I went to school. Now is added shopping. Perhaps it could be considered playing, but it is also part of the work of running a household. And then there are things like getting gasoline, or using the bathroom while on the road, not to mention flying. Sometimes using disposable gloves is the best option! Hand sanitizer should be used in conjunction with hand washing. It is especially rough when we wonder if the air we are breathing is safe. Face masks help. Their effectiveness is multiplied when we all wear masks when we are out. If everyone in our household wears masks when out and about, we are safe in our homes without them, if they have been properly worn by covering both our mouth and our nose. Be well. Stay safe. Take care of one another!
