This press release is to inform the readers that Steven Kourkoutis considers that at the end of the day sales depend on your soft skills.

Steven Kourkoutis, the International Purchasing of Salonika Exports & Imports insists that it’s all about the soft skills that matter at Sales. However, what about the so-called “Sales-trend”, shortcuts and quick results? Are they all hyped? Are we still surrounded by curtains? Steven, finally raises the curtains about his sales-tricks and his ways to get the high success rate.

Since the beginning of his career, Steven Kourkoutis has worked for sales. It has been over a couple of decades and his success graph is still facing North. While there are several reasons that he manages his position, he credits a huge part to his soft skills. Being the Sales District Manager at CLT Solutions, Steven not only took the sales of the product to peak but also learned the importance of customer relationship. He learned the art of interacting with the customers regarding energy conservation. At the end of the day, the clients and the suppliers are humans, and soft skills find them helpful here.

Next, to it, Steven Kourkoutis joined Mellon Financial Corporation as Global Pension Fund Advisor. Here, he was supposed to interact with the clients directly. While finding new beneficiaries was obviously one of the mottos, acquiring more customers was a responsibility. This was only possible if he could build a network of potential clients and influencers. The strategy worked. He could easily exchange bonds and could easily profit his organization and the customers at the same time.

As Branch Sales Manager at T-Mobiles, Steven Kourkoutis was supposed to lead a team of 12 other salespersons. Guiding them and directing them for rising sales was his prime motive. Needless to say, the team achieved more than thrice the revenue than before. The exact rise was from $90K to $322K. His network and his skills to guide the subordinates worked with tremendous success. Streamlining every part of the process to lead them for the foreseen success proves that his basics work at large.

However, again negotiation unlocks only with healthy and effective soft skill.
