Commercial Sewage and Wastewater Systems

The Naturalflow Commercial Sewage and Wastewater Systems are designed to treat and convert wastewater from commercial establishments into irrigation water. Using vermiculture and biological processes, the systems break down and purify the waste in an enclosed eco-system that mimics the forest floor before introducing the water back into the environment.

The system separates the black water and grey water to prevent solid waste emulsification. The black water is treated in a specially designed unit called the Wormorator® where the water is filtered out using a bed of bark medium. The residual solids are seeded with Tiger Worms that convert the solids into valuable water-soluble nutrients.

The grey water is treated with a series of natural settling and filtering process to reduce scum and solids to insignificant levels. The purified black water and grey water is then returned into the soil using a pump or gravity discharge system.

Naturalflow Wastewater Systems

The Naturalflow Wastewater and Sewage Systems are developed to adapt to New Zealand conditions as an alternative to septic tanks and sewage systems. The systems are not electrically powered, minimising maintenance and operational costs.
