Geotextile tube is often referred as Titan Tubes, it is well-known by many other names such as geobags, geocontainers, geotubes, soil tubs, dewatering bags and more. Titan Tubes are basically composed of high tenacity polypropylene yarns. These products are very similar to cost-effective contaminant solution. It is used for dewatering and desludging processes. They are the ones that can resist ultraviolet deterioration of the materials, they help prevent rotting and biological degradation.

Geological tubes are used by hooking up the pump hoses into the fittings on the tube. The fluids that are present in the cells requires de-sludging, it is pumped into the tube. The geotextile tube works by filtering out the solids from the liquids.
