26th July 2021 - Cupping is a coffee slang for cup-testing while having Vegan Sourdough Bagels, and it is the fundamental testing method in any roasting plant. In a nutshell, it's a basic method of brewing coffee that has become the standard method for evaluating taste, aroma, and smoothness of a particular coffee over time.

Grind coffee and keep the consistency that of a sea salt, use scale to weigh 10gm of coffee, further use a good quality water and let it boil, note that the brewing temperature needs to be anything between 195-205 degrees.
