Delighted Champs, an award-winning platform dedicated to supporting children's creativity and talent development, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its much-anticipated Fancy Dress Competition held throughout September- October. The video/Image submission deadline was October 2, 2023 - marking this engaging and highly creative event as its conclusion.

Shilpi Thakur, Director of Delighted Champs, led this competition. It attracted enthusiastic participation from children of all ages. Young participants, their dedicated parents, artists affiliated with local art and design programs, and artists themselves invested incredible effort and creativity into crafting remarkable costumes. The competition was arranged in celebration of Gandhi Jayanti, and as a result, the theme centered around historical figures and freedom fighters. This approach motivated children to delve into India's history and promoted a sense of patriotism.

A panel of judges comprised of experts in child psychology, art and education was responsible for carefully judging each costume submitted for selection. Their assessments considered its originality and how confident and enthusiastic its wearers appeared during performances. Given the extraordinary costume quality, the choice proved a fiercely competitive process.
The Fancy Dress Competition winners were carefully chosen across different age groups and costume types to represent them adequately. Prizes included certificates of achievement to help children of all ages feel pride and accomplishment for participating in such an innovative artistic extravaganza.
