Turmoil and Terror in the Land

There are minor wars that continually smolder even when there is no blood being shed.

There are tensions balanced on a fine point that have been kept in play for decades; some of them for centuries.

There are mutations of the Cold War, still based on the threat of mutual mass extinction,
which are simmering.

Who gains by this? Who fears to loose if there is calm?

There are cries for Freedom! There are pleas for Peace. There are posturing and pretense from so many of our leaders. Who owns what part of our globe? Who owns the hearts, minds or souls of the people?

It seems that there is some hidden person or persons that keep us in a state of upset as a society. This has now settled in to an acceptance of discord in our daily lives. This is true especially in the US where now it is normal to have friends and family stand apart from one another based solely on politics.

In the face of everything, how can we be happy and productive on a day to day basis?
Whether on a global stage or by the kitchen stove, maybe the answer is simple. L. Ron Hubbard said,"The real handling of such a situation and such people, the real way to defeat them is to flourish and prosper."

This we can each endeavor to do.
