On Thursda, July 4, 2019. 243 years of Independence will be celebrated in the United States.
More than two hundred years ago a Declaration that marked history for the whole world was written. It was 1776. Now Americans join with their families and friends in the open air to see many fireworks and share this anniversary of the day that the Colonies officially stated in writing that they wouuld no longer depend on the British Empire, thus becoming an independent force.
Thomas Jefferson used the Declaration of Indeppendence to ratify Human Rights by writing; "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unaienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
The Declaration of Independence of the United States has inspired many other similar documents in other countries such as in Latin America, the Balkans, West Africa and Central Europe.
It is already the work of each of us that Human Rights are made known, respected and applied in each country to creat a better future for the human race.
